Building A Solid Family

A family may compose of a couple, that is, a husband and a wife. As time goes by, children begin to make the family larger. We may also find one or two grandparents living with the family. And an unmarried uncle or aunt may also be part of the family. In a family is better when they have money, other close relatives are sometimes accommodate and treated as members.  Such is called extended family.
Everybody on the family have roles. Me, as the eldest of all my siblings, I do my daily job like to do all the household chores. I also guide my siblings when our parents are there to guide us. Sometimes, I cook for our breakfast because I’m the earliest to wake up. In building a solid family, I must do all the things that will not let my parents to argue or to fight. When your parents are fighting, we must think of something to resolve their problem. Always do the household chores even your parents did not tell you to do these. Always have a family day, so even you’re busy, you’ll have a bonding time with them.
When your parents already quitted out to each other, we don’t have any time to make them fine. So let’s start and continue to help to build a solid family.

My Dear Father

A father for all we know is someone who knows what we need. He is dedicated and devoted for his family’s happiness and welfare.
My father is JoselitoAnciano Mendoza, was born in July 16, 1970 at Bucana, Naic, Cavite. He is the eldest in their family. Being the eldest, he performed many responsibilities for his younger brothers and sisters because his father cannot support them financially. At his teenage, he became a laborer, fisherman, painter and so many other jobs that can give him enough money to support his family. His experiences from his twenties made him a supportive and responsible father to us. When he was not working abroad, he was the one who prepared our meal, washes our clothes and do the household chores because my mother is working in a public school. But now, that he is in the Middle East, my mother and my brothers are doing all the chores that he used to do. He went there to help my mother in financial matters. He told us that his salary was quite smaller than his salary South Korea. But it’s not an issue to him, he want us to have a good life, that’s why he is working very hard.
I made this for the entire father who thinks of the same thing like my dear father. I would like to tell everybody to love and respect their father every day. Tell them that we are very thankful for having them in our life. Let us greet them a Happy Father’s Day this Sunday and say we love them very much.

First Day of Class

It was Monday, June 6, 2011, the first day of school. I am very excited to go to school so I woke up early in the morning. I prepared my things, my breakfast and get ready to take a bath. After fixing myself I went out of our house and rode on a tricycle. I’ve waited for a jeepney to reach school. We went to the school court for our flag ceremony. After that, our adviser told us which group we belong and where we were assigned to clean. We made our first activity for the day. Then English was our next subject. Our teacher asked us to write our name and nickname on a sheet of paper. Spanish was our next subject; we don’t have a recess last Monday. Then Chemistry, our teacher asked us about Science and Technology. Arts, we divided ourselves into three groups. We recalled our past lessons and thought of some related words from India. Spanish again, we checked our assignments the Spanish alphabet. If you ask me what subject did I like most that day? Its Advance Statistics, we had discussed only about “sets”. Analytical Geometry was the next , I was happy that time because I’m the only one got the right answer. Social Studies, was one of my least like subject but our discussion was fine. Our teacher asked us some questions. Math was the last one, my favorite subject. We had just discussed a few topics. Then, its time to go home. That was one of the most tiring day I’ve had.
